Visual MerchandiserResponsibilities1. Retail Stores
- Work closely with retail sales manager and marketing manager with the implementation of marketing campaigns
- Assist PR companies, retail manager and marketing manager with store media launches
- Promotion & sale implementation
- Localise artwork from Regional Marketing to make them more market relevant.
- Window displays and in-store POP
- Work closely with marketing co-ordinator on procurement, tracking and implementation of in-store POP
- VM training & implementation
- Monthly store visits
- Ensuring we meet launch dates and due dates in store
2. Wholesale Stores
- Drive VM training & implementation in Key Accounts.
- Assist agents with VM requests from cradle to grave
- Window displays.
- Work closely with marketing manager with the implementation of marketing campaigns.
3. Partner Stores and Concept Areas
- Store visits
- Assist with visual merchandising training and implementation
- Partnership store & concept area implementation & setup
4. General
- Need to be dedicated and meet all deadlines.
- Must be a hard worker, loyal, passionate and an ambassador to the company and our brand.
- Excellent organisational skills, we well as planning and project management expertise.
- Grade: 12.
- Education: Preferably experience related (Visual Merchandising, Graphic design, Marketing) or just out of tertiary education
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in VM/ Fashion
- Able to conceptualize plans and communicate/ translate them to concept boards or renderings
- A keen eye for Visual display with good attention to details and deadlines
- Physically strong and able to assist with transportation of VM materials and fixtures
- Independent, resourceful with strong influencing skills
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Project management expertise.
- Good MS Office skills
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
